Divert is a new process for the application to forward the caller to destination number if the javaphone and softphone is offline. To enable divert system is very easy. Just follow this step.

Step 1
Click on the Call Divert menu .


Step2
Put the destination number in the box and click on the ON switch to activate the service then click the "set" button.

Step3
After the setting, the status will show on the top left of the screen.

Step4
To disable the service, just click on the Divert Menu, chose "OFF" and then click the set Button.

     
     

Step5
After click on the Set button, the menu on the top right will repoet the status for you.
